Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
